Professor Yu Miaojie, PhD, a member of the CPC, was born in June, 1976. He is currently serving as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Liaoning University.

Professor Yu Miaojie has the overall responsibilities for administration of the university. He is responsible for the work of auditing, archives management, and the Faculty of Economics. He is in charge of the Party and Administration Office, the Inspection Office, the Legal Affairs Office, the Audit Office, the Archives (the University History Museum), and the Faculty of Economics.
