He finished his undergraduate course from Department of Biology of Shandong University and doctoral course from Department of horticulture of Shenyang Agricultural University. He finished his post-doctoral experience from Institute of Genetics and Molecular Biology of Seoul National University. Now he is the  professor and dean of School of Pharmaceutical Science of Liaoning University, the advisor of Master degree candidates, young and mid-aged core teacher of the university. He is also honored the member of council of the Genetic Association of Liaoning province, the member of council of the Ecological Association of Liaoning province, and the member of the teaching steering committee of pharmaceutical engineering in Liaoning province.

As a project host he has presided over the fund of national nature and science     ‘The influence of selenoprotein SelK on the phagocytic and transfer ability of microglia and monocyte and the relationship of the protein with Alzheimer’s disease’ (2013) and ‘Studies on the cellular localization, topological structure and molecular functions of selenoprotein G-rich in Drosophila’ (2006), and more than 10 other national, provincial and municipal projects. He  published more than 40 papers as a first author or a corresponding author inBiochemical and Biophysical Research Communications, Biochemistry (Moscow)Food Science and other journals at home and abroad. He took part and finished the writing of 3 compositions. Three patents for invention were obtained as a first author. Two achievements he participated got the honor of national scientific and technological second prize, 4 achievements got the honor of scientific and technological second or third prize of the Ministry of Agriculture and one achievement got the honor of scientific and technological second prize of Liaoning Province.
