Professor Sun Shiguo, a member of the CPC, was born in June, 1970. He is a member of the Standing Committee of Liaoning University’s CPC Committee and is currently serving as the Deputy Secretary of the CPC Liaoning University Committee.

Professor Sun Shiguo is responsible for organizing, publicity, ideology and politics, united front work, trade union, student affairs, retirement affairs, CPC Committee work of the university departments and public complaints. He is in charge of the CPC Committee of the University Departments as well as the following departments under the CPC Liaoning University Committee: the Organization Department, the Publicity Department (the Cyberspace Affairs Office), and the United Front Work Department. He also takes charge of the Party School (the Institute of Socialism), the Trade Union, the Retirement Affairs Office, the Student Affairs Department of the CPC Liaoning University Committee, the Security Department, the Student Information and Career Center, the Mental Health and Counseling Center, and the Complaints Office.
