Mr. Zhang Hongxin, a member of the CPC, was born in September 1970.  He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of Liaoning University’s CPC Committee and the Secretary of Commission for Discipline Inspection of Liaoning University.

Mr. Zhang is responsible for discipline inspection and supervision. He is in charge of the General Office of Discipline Inspection and Investigation, and the Party Committee Inspection Leading Group Office.
