Professor Yang Song, PhD, a member of the CPC, was born in February 1968. She is a member of the Standing Committee of Liaoning University’s CPC Committee and is currently serving as the Vice President of Liaoning University.

Professor Yang Song is responsible for the development planning, discipline construction, world-class discipline construction, social services, and postgraduate education of Liaoning University. She is in charge of the Development Planning and Discipline Construction Office (Construction Office of World-class Discipline Construction University), the Social Services Office, and the Graduate School (Graduate Work Department of CPC Committee).
