Professor Huo Chunhui, PhD, a member of the CPC, was born in August 1977. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the university’s CPC Committee and serves as Vice President of Liaoning University.

Professor Huo Chunhui is responsible for affairs regarding science and technology, social sciences, continuing education, international exchanges, security, and academic journals. He is in charge of the Institute of Science and Technology, the Institute of Social Sciences, the Continuing Education Management Office, the Institute of Continuing Education, the International Exchanges Department (the Confucius Institute Affairs Office), the Security Office (the Comprehensive Management Office), the Journal Editorial Office, the Japan Studies Editorial Office, and the Institute of International Education.
