During Dec. 10^th to Dec. 11^th, the 11^th Global Confucius Institute Conference is held in Kunming, Yunnan Province. Over 2,200 people consisting of university presidents and CI representatives from over 140 countries and regions attend the conference. Representatives from Liaoning University include leaders of International Exchanges Department and Office of Confucius Institute Affairs. The co-founders of our three Confucius Institutes, Deans of CI at The National University of Irkutsk of Russia, Vilnius University of Lithuania and Dakar University of Senegal attend the conference.
