The illustration meeting of Shenbei Government-college-enterprise Employment League was held at the office of Government of Shenbei New District on Dec. 29th. Officers, from 18 colleges and universities (including Liaoning University, China Medical University, Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang Aerospace University and Shenyang Institute of Engineering), who were in charge of the work of students’ employment attended the meeting, together with HR managers from several enterprises in the district.
Shenbei Government-college-enterprise Employment League aims to set up an information-sharing platform to inform graduates of the latest job-hunting policies and resources, and to create a more efficient mechanism for talent supply and demand between colleges and enterprises. The League, just like an intangible human resource market, will act as a closer connection among the government, colleges and enterprises. It offers graduates more and better jobs, which enriches the ways for college students to be properly employed.
