From September 22nd to September 24th, the Sixth College Ideological and Political Theory Course Competition of Liaoning Province was held in Shenyang. Altogether 160 teachers from 59 colleges and universities competed in the contest. Prof. Wang Kuan, sent by our university, stood out by giving wonderful lectures and profound live answers in the competition and won the First Prize of the teaching contest.  He was also named the "Excellent Teacher" of Ideological and Political Theory Course in Liaoning Province. Prof. Xu Ying and Prof. Sun Xiaoyuan won the Second Prize and Third Prize of the teaching contest respectively.
