On Nov. 15th, the two subjects ----- “Journey to the West Cross-text Document Collation and Research”, with Hu Sheng, the doctoral supervisor of the College of Arts as chief expert and Liaoning University as the responsible unit and “A Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China” with He Jun, the doctoral supervisor of the Institute of Economics as the chief expert ---- were granted 2017 National Social Science Foundation.
“A Study on the Problems and Countermeasures of the Revitalization of the Old Industrial Base in Northeast China”, with Professor He Jun as chief expert and Liaoning University as the responsible unit, consists of five sub topics, according to the guidelines of “focusing on perfecting the institutional mechanism, pushing forward the structural adjustment, encouraging innovative entrepreneurship, investing in the protection and improving people’s livelihood” of The views on revitalizing old industrial bases in northeast China from the State Council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China in 2016 to construct the theoretical framework of institutional mechanism research from the angle of formal system and informal system. The paper focuses on constructing the theoretical framework of institutional mechanism from the perspective of formal system and informal system. On this basis, the author tries to put forward the in-depth theoretical and empirical analysis in the key areas, such as the transformation of the government function of the northeast old industrial base, the integration and development of the state-owned and private enterprises, the optimization and upgrading of the economic structure and the innovation and entrepreneurship, try to put forward scientific and reasonable institutional innovation countermeasures to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for the comprehensive revitalization of northeast old industrial bases. The project is a comprehensive research project involving two first-level disciplines ---- applied economics and theoretical economics, the first major national social science fund project of regional economics and regulatory economics in our school.
“Journey to the West Cross-text Document Collation and Research” with Professor Hu Sheng as the chief expert, Liaoning University as the responsibility unit, consists of five sub subjects, which aims to all-round collect, analyze and explain the literature of various text systems related to the Journey to the West in ancient China and in modern times. It includes the commentary of the text of the Journey to the West as well as the compilation, collation and research of the related drama, rap and even the image data before and after the book, and the related database on this basis. The subject involves literature, folklore, art, edition and communication, expounds the novel masterpiece represented by the Journey to the West from the angle of interdisciplinary perspective, breaks the limitation brought by the single visual threshold, makes up the weak link in the field of academic research, and enriches the content of Chinese novel history and literature history. It is of great significance to fully explore and carry forward the Chinese excellent traditional culture and strengthen the soft power of Chinese culture.
