“The 2017 China Think-tank Governance and Theoretical Communication Summit” was held in Beijing on December 20th, 2017. Over 700 experts and scholars from the provincial and municipal think-tank management department, China think-tank Index, think tank research circle and the ideological and theoretical circle attended the meeting.

      The meeting released a list of the latest sources of intelligence of Chinese think-tank index (CTTI). “The Northeast Revitalization Research Center of Liaoning University” was officially selected as the source think-tank of CTTI, and became the first national think tank to specialize in the northeast revitalization research among the 604 source think tanks of CTTI.

      The Northeast Revitalization Research Center of Liaoning University was founded in 2004, is the first batch of the key research base of the humanities and social sciences of the general university of Liaoning province (A category). The Center director is professor Lin Muxi, the leading talent of “Ten Thousand Talent Program”, the specially-appointed professor of Yangtze River Scholars, the member of State Council Disciplinary Board and the academic leader of the world-class subject of Liaoning University -- applied economics. In the recent evaluation of the provincial department of education, the center’s ranking of total score and classification of disciplines, the overall ranking of the landmark results and the disciplinary ranking of the landmark results are all the top of the province.
