The College of Foreign Studies of Liaoning University joined “The Belt and Road” multilingual translation and international communication alliance initiated by Global Times, owned by China Daily and CAC, and signed the strategic cooperation memorandum at the "The Belt and Road" multilingual translation and international communication alliance seminar on December 14th ,2017.

The main intention of the alliance is to strengthen China’s international communicative ability and the construction of foreign discourse system, further promote the national language communication of countries along the route of “The Belt and Road” and to contribute to the translation service of the future of national external publicity under the principle of common development and concerted efforts.
