On the morning of May 26th, the first session for the founding conference of Liaoning Financial and Economic Forum was held at the School of Economics. There were more than 50 people attending the conference who are the province’s financial research scholars and teachers from Liaoning University.

The Liaoning Financial and Economic Forum will be operated by the Liaoning University’s School of Economics, the Local Institute for Fiscal Studies and other platforms. The forum is positioned as a modern new think tank, with the characteristics of public welfare, voluntary, and sharing. It strives to build a new research platform for cross-border cooperation to present valuable suggestions on key and difficult issues concerning the financial, economic, and social development of Liaoning Province. In addition, it promotes academic exchanges and the collision of ideas as well as contributes wisdom and strength to the prosperity of the local financial economy.
