On November 21-22, “2020 Annual International Forum on Higher Education” was held in Zhengzhou. Focusing on the theme of “accelerating the modernization of university governance systems and capacity building”, the forum discussed new trends in higher education in the world under the test of the global epidemic, China's experience in the construction of a modern university governance system, practical exploration and theoretical innovation of universities in serving economic and social development, "Double First-class Construction" and higher education evaluation system. Researcher Wang Shaoyuan, the deputy director of the Research Institute of Higher Education of our school, was invited to participate in the roundtable dialogue on "New Trends in Higher Education in the World under the Test of the Global Epidemic" at the scholar forum of this conference. Some teachers and students of the Research Institute of Higher Education submitted conference papers and participated in the forum.
