The “Research on Improving the Quality of Citizenization of Migrated Agricultural Population under the New Urbanization with People as the Core” led by the chief expert Professor Zhang Guangsheng from the Business Administration Department of College of Business of LNU was approved of the key project of the National Social Science Fund, “Study on the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China”. This is another major progress made by the Business Administration of LNU. It is also the first time that this discipline has been approved of a key project of the National Social Science Fund.

The key project of the National Social Science Fund, “Study on the Spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the CPC” is centered on General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important remarks and “Suggestions of the CPC Central Committee on Formulating the 14^th Five-year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals for the Year 2035”. The approved project focuses on the study and the interpretation of new ideas, viewpoints and conclusions put forward by the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, to provide strong academic support for starting the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.
