The Agreement Signing Ceremony of Strategic Cooperation and the Opening Ceremony of High-level Audit Talents Training Base between Liaoning University and Liaoning Provincial Audit Office was held at Liaoning Provincial Audit Office.

The framework agreement for strategic cooperation was aimed to deepen the effective integration of government, enterprises, universities and research institutes and explore a new model of cooperation between government and universities featuring joint contribution and sharing, mutual benefit and common development. Beyond that, it would give full play to the advantages of Liaoning University's audit education resources and the industry contacts of the Liaoning Provincial Audit Office and provide an opportunity for the two sides to carry out comprehensive cooperation in scientific research, personnel training and social services.
