Pan Yishan, Secretary of the CPC Committee of Liaoning University, Yu Miaojie, Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee and President of Liaoning University, Li Yupeng, Shi Baodong, Huo Chunhui, Qiu Huanguang, vice presidents of LNU, and members of the Degree Evaluation Committee of LNU attended the graduation ceremony. Alumni representatives, 1987 English major graduates, Chairman of Shenyang World Trade Center Co., Ltd. Shen Bai, representative of excellent high school presidents, Cheng Jianzhuo, president of the Branch of Liaoning Experimental High School, and party leaders and personnel in charge of the undergraduate training colleges of LNU participated in the graduation ceremony.

Yu Miaojie, on behalf of LNU, congratulated the 2024 graduates and encouraged them to maintain love and care for weak and vulnerable individuals, even if they have witnessed the wonders of the world. He continued that to become a part of society, one must not only have a strong sense of responsibility to shoulder righteousness, but also have a great love for the world. We should not only be full of vitality and move about freely in the world, but also be benevolent and compassionate towards all living beings. He put forward fou、-r wishes for graduates. First, having a broad perspective and recognizing the vastness of the universe. Following the trend of the times, this involves understanding the trend of human development and progress, following the rules and familiarizing yourself with them, seizing the opportunities brought by the times, and striving to become a person who promotes the times. Second, one must possess kind emotions and care about the suffering of the people and be committed to the benefit of the people. No matter where you are and what situation you are in, you should always have a heart of compassion, care for the people around you with empathy, pay attention to things around you, and become a humble, benevolent, and refined gentleman, he added. Third, he noted expressing your own standards for judging and disposing of things. Cultivating the ability to think independently and discern clearly, one should not follow the crowd or repeat others' ideas. Always maintain inner abundance and firmness, maintain confidence and determination in pursuing dreams, and take on the great responsibility of the times with an unceasingly striving attitude.
