On November 5, the 7^th China International Import Expo (CIIE) opened in Shanghai. On the morning of November 5, Professor Yu Miaojie, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Liaoning University, attended the opening ceremony and spoke at the sub-forum of the Hongqiao International Economic Forum.

On November 10, the CCTV’s integrated media dialogue program “Hongqiao Global Perspectives” invited President Yu Miaojie to discuss on topics including “Building a Sustainable Global Home” and “Open Development”.
