Recently, Liu Guorui, a researcher from the Institute of Higher Education at LNU, has been selected as one of the most influential scholars of 2024 by the China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI). According to information released by CNKI, the "Most Influential Scholars" is a selection conducted by the "Academic Essentials" database of CNKI and the Center for Scientific Literature Measurement and Evaluation, based on the influence index of papers published by scholars between 2014 and 2024. The selection includes scholars who have published at least one journal or conference paper with a PCSI index higher than 1.65 in the past decade.
The selection criteria include scholars whose sum of PCSI indices for journal and conference papers published in the last decade ranks in the top 1% and meet the following conditions: (1) only papers with a PCSI index greater than 1.65 are counted; (2) at least one highly influential paper is published (high PCSI paper, highly cited paper, or highly downloaded paper); (3) at least five papers with a PCSI index greater than 1.65 are published (the PCSI index refers to the citation standardization index of a paper, with an index greater than 1.65 indicating that the paper's influence exceeds the average level of the discipline).
