He encouraged graduates to change their employment concepts, consider jobs in enterprises and at the grassroots level, and wished the graduates who are about to step out of the campus to shine in their future jobs and demonstrate the mission and responsibility of LNU students.

At the recruitment fair, 35 employers from both inside and outside the province attended, covering fields such as international trade, human resources administration, public services, and education and training. The event gathered high-quality employers of various types, including state-owned and central enterprises, representatives of alumni enterprises, and school-enterprise cooperation units. Enterprises received 312 resumes, conducted 157 on-site interviews, and initially reached employment intentions with 43 students.
