Recently, the 12th Liaoning Provincial College Student Innovation Annual Conference concluded in Dalian. This annual conference was hosted by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province and organized by Liaoning Normal University. Liaoning University (LNU) achieved excellent results, winning six First Prizes, six Second Prizes, four Third Prizes, three Outstanding Academic Papers, one Best Creative Project, one Outstanding Entrepreneurship Pitch Project, and six Outstanding Faculty Advisor Awards.

The Liaoning Provincial College Student Innovation Annual Conference is an important annual exhibition and exchange event hosted by the Educational Department of Liaoning Province. Relying on the “College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program Project Database”, it is one of the grand gatherings in the innovation and entrepreneurship education reform of Liaoning universities with the broadest coverage, greatest influence, highest student participation, and highest level. Yan Hai, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC LNU Committee and Vice President of the university, attended the opening ceremony of the annual conference and visited the participating students.
The annual conference centrally showcased the practical achievements of LNU’s student innovation and entrepreneurship training program projects, exchanged experiences in innovation and entrepreneurship education reform, accelerated the transformation and application of scientific and technological innovation achievements into new quality productive forces, and demonstrated the positive spirit and the vigorous vitality of relentless exploration and active innovation among LNU students.

Over the years, LNU has placed high importance on the training and cultivation of students’ innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities. Relying on the “College Student Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program”, we have excavated outstanding projects and focused on cultivating a batch of high-quality innovation and entrepreneurship achievements. This has promoted the enhancement of students’ innovative thinking, entrepreneurial awareness, and practical abilities, cultivating more interdisciplinary innovation and entrepreneurship talents capable of solving real-world problems in social contexts.
