On the morning of June 18, Monty Singh, Pro Vice-Chancellor of Victoria University in Australia, George Yue, TNE Program Manager, and Ian Luo, Regional Recruitment Manager, visited LNU to attend the signing ceremony for the expansion of the Asia-Australia Business College. Huo Chunhui, Member of the Standing Committee of the University Party Committee and Vice President, met with the visiting guests at Puhe Campus. The meeting was chaired by Xie Mingyi, Director of the Office of International Affairs.

Huo Chunhui extended a warm welcome to the visiting guests and spoke highly of the positive achievements made by both sides in jointly building the Asia-Australia Business College over the past 26 years. He pointed out that as a model of cooperation between the two universities, the Asia-Australia Business College has always adhered to the concept of high-quality development, continuously improved the level of talent cultivation, and recently successfully passed the 2023 evaluation of Sino-foreign cooperative education programs by the Ministry of Education, demonstrating good educational quality and social influence. The cooperation reached by both sides on expanding the enrollment scale marks a new stage in the cooperation between the two universities, which will inject new impetus into deepening educational cooperation and cultural exchanges.

Monty Singh, Vice President of Victoria University, expressed gratitude for the warm reception from Liaoning University and fully affirmed the hard work and fruitful achievements of the cooperation team between the two universities over the past 26 years. He emphasized that the development of the Asia-Australia Business College is inseparable from the mutual support of both sides, the firm belief in cooperation, and the deep friendship formed. He also looked forward to the continuous deepening of cooperation between the two universities to create new glories.

After the talks, Vice President Huo Chunhui and Pro Vice-Chancellor Monty Singh of Victoria University jointly signed a cooperation agreement on student enrollment expansion.
