The book is structured into five sections. The first section interprets policy directions from a macroeconomic perspective, analyzing the pivotal position of new quality productive forces as the driving power of reform; The second section focuses on the essential characteristics of new quality productive forces, exploring how technological breakthroughs, factor allocation and industrial upgrading can achieve high-quality development; The third section combines regional development strategies to demonstrate the practical value of new quality productive forces in promoting coordinated regional development; The fourth section adopts a global view to explore development opportunities and challenges within a high-level open pattern; The fifth part concentrates on the core of talents, emphasizing the foundational role of talent cultivation in developing new-quality productive forces and advancing Chinese modernization.
