Ms. GAO Ning, born in 1979, Doctor of Law, Associate Professor and Master Supervisor of Law School in Liaoning University.

      Ms. Gao Ning gives lectures courses such as International Public Law, Basic Principles of International Law and other legal core courses and research direction focuses on International Public Law, International Energy Law.

She has published “International Atomic Energy Agency and International Legal Control of the Nuclear Energy Utilization” by China University of Political Science and Law Press, published more than 20 academic papers in national core journals and provincial publications, presided over China Postdoctoral Fund Project, Liaoning provincial social science planning fund Project, Scientific research project of Liaoning Provincial Department of Education, Scientific research project of Liaoning provincial social science and other research projects.

      Academic Aawards from Government of Liaoning Province, Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Academic Annual Conference, outstanding academic achievement award from Shenyang Social Sciences.

      First prize winner in basic skills contest of young faculty members of Liaoning University in 2014.

      Second prize winner in teacing competition of Shenyang City on behalf of Liaoning Univeristy.
