CAO Jinqiu，Female，received her J.D degree from Jilin University. She is currently the professor of economic sector in Liaoning University. She teaches economic law, commercial law and environment law. Professor Cao has been a frequent contributor to policy making and practice in the field of her scholarship. She played an important role in the evaluation and verification procedure of environmental pollution damage, and in the establishment of an inter-regional mechanism for joint prevention and control work on the atmospheric pollution issue. She has taken part in the research program co-organized by Liaoning Forestry Department, Liaoning Environmental Protection Department and Liaoning Law Society, and has been involved in the policy-making or drafting process of Rules for Protecting Everglade in Liaoning Province, and Rules for Environmental Protection in Liaoning Province (draft).
