Dr. ZHANG Yunpeng, professor of Law school in Liaoning University, master supervisor in Litigation. She got PhD of Punishment law from Jilin University in 2007, master’s degree of law from criminal procedural in Zhongnan Economics and Law University in 2000 and bachelor’s degree of laws in Department of Politics and Law from Liaoning Normal University in 1997. Since 2000 she has been assistant, lecturer, associate professor and professor of Law School, Liaoning University and has published more than 30 papers on “law”, “Science of Law”, “Modern Law Science”, “Contemporary Law Review” etc. Three of monographs, co-written treatise or textbook have been published by Law Press · China, People's Public Security University press · China etc.

Prof. Dr Zhang has participated in a research program funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China and has also participated five of research projects funded by the Provincial Social Science Foundation of Liaoning. She has got the third prize of the first session of the selection of Outstanding scientific research results of the criminal procedure law of young and middle-aged teachers of China, the third prize of the Achievement in Philosophy and Social Science (2005-2006) of Liaoning province.

From September 2009 to August 2010,Prof. Dr. Zhang has served as visiting scholar in Law School of Seoul National University. From September 2012 to July 2013, she has served as visiting scholar in Criminal Law Science Research Institute of Beijing Normal University.
