Zhang Huili，Professor of Food Science and Engineering departement of College of light industry in Liaoning University, is working on the Construction of genitc and proteic modles on resistant peanut aginst A.flavus, screeing and application of resistant genitc and proteic marks against A.flavus on peanut, breeding and controlling the quality of  high oleic acid peanut (HOAP) genotype，especially carrying on deep research on infection mechanism of A.flavus in peanut and food safty fields. Dr. Zhang takes vice dean of Liaoning Food and Biological Processing Engineering Technology Research Cente.

Dr. Zhang gratuated from Shenyang Pharmaceutical Univ. of B.S. majoring in Microbial Engineering, Shenyang Pharmaceutical Univ. of M.S majoring in pharmaceutical analysis , and Shenyang Agric. Univ. of Ph.D. majoring inFood Science and Engineering.

In those five years, Dr. Zhang took and is taking the charge of more than 10 objectes of Science and Technology Department of Liaoning Province, Ministry of Public Security and the General Logistics Department. Publications are more than 30, awards and recognitions of natural science achievement of Liaoning Province are obtained from the first grade prize to third ones.

Dr. Zhang worked on the resistant mechanism of peanut against A.flavus in USDA-ARS: Southern Regional Research (New Orleans) /Food and feed safety centre and Louisiana State University / Plant Pathology ResearchCenter in American for one year.
