QIN Ling, Ph. D. Economics and professor, is holding the office of secretary and deputy head of Institute of Population Research of Liaoning University. Qin Ling is the member of public management professional teaching steering committee for general institutes of higher education in Liaoning, discipline review group expert of philosophy and social science achievement prize in Liaoning, assessment expert of excellent research results in Liaoning Development and Reform Commission as well as the member of committee experts in Heping District, Shenyang. Qin Ling has been engaging in the teaching and scientific research in the field of income distribution and welfare economics for years.

Main research fields include income distribution and social equity, aging of population and social welfare, achieving fruitful research results.

1Qin Ling has published over 20 papers on such periodicals as Population and Development and Japanese Studies etc, with viewpoints proposed to income distribution and old-age welfare etc generating wide impact on academic circle. Qin Liang also published and taken part in compiling 4 monographs and textbooks, won 6 provincial rewards.

2Qin Ling has taken charge of innovation team program of institution of higher learning in Liaoning etc over 10 programs, and taken part in 2 major programs of national social science funds as sub-topic investigator.
