ZHU Chengfeng

ZHU Chengfeng, an associate professor in History School at Liaoning University, graduated and got a B.A. and a M.A. degree in history at Northeast Normal University in 1983 and 1986, a PhD degree at Nankai University in 1989. From 1989 to 1990, he held a research professorship in Modern International Economy Research Center of Hong Kong Branch of the Xin Hua News Agency. From 1990 to 1992, he was the head of International Economy of Shenzhen Economic Daily. From 1992 to 1996, he was a researcher of Policy Research Division of Shenzhen Municipal Party Committee. From 1996 to 2004, he was the head of the Training Department of Shenzhen NPC Training Center.

He gives lectures and seminars to the undergraduates and the post graduated, such as World Medieval History, Japanese History, Special Topic on Japanese History, Japans Cultural History. His research areas are world medieval history, Japanese history. He has the following academic achievements: 

1. Study on Peasants’ Life in Japanese Feudal Manor,

2. Commodity Economy Development in Japanese Edo Period,

3. On Disintegration and Historical Position of the Japanese Manor Society,

4. Study on the Economic Structure of the Japanese Manor Society.
