GUO Yuanyuan, female, PhD in management, postdoctorate in business administration, professor, master tutor, visiting scholar at Queensland University of Technology, Australia, was selected as "Thousand Talents" in Liaoning Province's Hundred Thousand Ten Million Talent Project in 2015, was selected as the support plan for innovative talents in Liaoning colleges and universities in 2016, ,won the title of Shenyang Top Talent in 2017.

In recent years, as the project host, she has undertaken nearly ten provincial and ministerial-level projects including the Ministry of Education Humanities and Social Sciences Youth Fund Project, Liaoning Social Science Planning Project, Liaoning Education Department Project, and Liaoning Finance Department Project, and participated in more than ten national and provincial projects.
