MA Shuang is a Professor in English language and literature, and the Vice Dean of Teaching and Learning at Asia-Australia Business College, Liaoning University, China. Prof Ma teaches and does research in the areas of China National College English program, English for academic purposes for postgraduate students and doctoral students of Liaoning University, translation, and cross-cultural communication. She attained her education qualifications in China and in the United Kingdom respectively. She was also a visiting scholar at the University of Texas at Arlington, USA. Ma Shuang has held various leadership roles in teaching College English and international business education programs. She was also the Chief Adjudicator of the prestigious China National English Language Debate Competition in 2018. Some highlights of Diana’s achievements include being the recipient of many institutional and state Teaching Excellence Awards, the Head Coach of many top prize winners of regional and national English Language Debate Contests, and the translator of five English books published in Chinese.
