YIN Feifei, an lecturer at School of Physics, Liaoning University, received B.S. degrees in Measurement-control technology and instrument in 2002, M.S. degrees in Microelectronics and Solid State Electronics in 2005, respectively, both from Liaoning University. She completed her Ph.D in Optical Engineering in 2017 at Beijing Jiaotong University, China.

The research interests include Integrated Circuit Design（IC）and Organic Thin Film Transistors(OTFT). The main research achievements are as follows,
