Dr. Bo Lan is an associate professor, a visiting scholar to De Montfort University of United Kingdom, PhD, CMA, supervisor of master students. She graduated from Liaoning University, majoring in Accounting with a doctorate in Management and she received her master degree from the University of Windsor, Canada, in Economics.  

She has won honors, such as "Outstanding Young Core Teacher of Liaoning University", "Outstanding Youth of Liaoning University" and "First Prize of Excellent Doctoral Dissertation of Liaoning University" etc.

She has been engaged in teaching and research since 2007. She teaches undergraduate courses such as Accounting Principles, Primary Financial Accounting, Accounting Practice, Financial Accounting and Reporting, Accounting Contemporary Issues, and postgraduate courses such as Multinational Financing Management.

She has independently presided over two provincial research projects, and participated in many national and provincial projects.

She has published one book, one paper in SSCI journal, more than 10 papers in CSSCI and core journals.

Her main research area is corporate finance.
