MA Qiang, male, born in 1982,  the member of the communist party of China, doctor of law, lecturer,  a teacher of the  teaching and research department  of localization of Marxism in China of the Marxist College in Liao Ning University, mainly teaching undergraduates《Mao Zedong thoughts and an introduction to the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics》.

The main research directions are the sinicization of marxism, the marxist theory of international relations, the theories and practical issues related to national security, etc. Undertake a general research project of humanities and social sciences of the ministry of education,Liao Ning province social science planning fund project, Liao Ning province economic and social development research project.
