HE Ying born in Panjin, Liaoning Province in February 1971. She studied English language literature in the College of Foreign Language, Liaoning University from 1989 to 1993. And she graduated in July 1993 with a Bachelor of Arts degree. From 1998 to 2001, she studied English language literature for a master degree in Liaoning University. Since 1993, she has been teaching college English in the College of Foreign Language, Liaoning University. The main courses she taught include basic English, advanced English, English audio-visual speaking, English language and drama appreciation as well. During the period, she participated in the compiling of teaching materials and reference books.
