Mini Biography

I received my BA and MA from the Department of Foreign Languages Liaoning University (LNU), and my PhD from Beijing Normal University. In the year 2000, I was invited to the UNESCO Center in ROK to teach Chinese Culture. Soon after the teaching experience, I applied for a scholarship from CSC and spent one year doing academic research in the Department of English UBC Canada.I am now Professor of English and Leading Teacher of the first-level disciplines in the College of Foreign Studies LNU.

 

Research Interests

My interests include literary theory and criticism as well as translation theories and practice.
