Shan Chunyan, female, was born in March 1980 in Fuxin, Liaoning Province. She is also a member of the CPC. She holds a bachelor’s degree in education from Liaoning Normal University, a master’s degree in education given by Beijing Normal University, and a doctor’s degree in education awarded by Beijing Normal University. Now she is an associate researcher working in the Institute of Higher Education in Liaoning University, Master's supervisor.
Since his work, he has taken comparative higher education and higher education management as his main research fields. He has presided over 12 key projects of the National Education Science Planning Program of the Ministry of Education, the Education Science Planning Program of Liaoning Province, and the Liaoning Federation of Social Sciences. He has participated in a number of national and provincial major projects. He has published one academic monograph and participated in the compilation of more than 20 academic monographs on higher education. He has published more than 30 academic papers on CSSCI source journals, national Chinese core journals and other periodicals, among which one paper was reprinted in full by Xinhua Digest. He has published more than 10 articles of decision-making consultation in the field of higher education on national and provincial decision-making consultation journals, and participated in more than 50 decision-making consultation tasks of provincial education department and research institute. A number of achievements have won the Chinese Association of Higher Education, Liaoning Province Philosophy and Social Science, Liaoning Province Education Science Planning Outstanding Achievement Awards. He has participated in several high-level academic conferences such as International Forum on Higher Education, World Forum on Comparative Education, Annual Conference on Comparative Education, and Forum on Double First-class Construction and Graduate Education Internationalization, and submitted more than 10 conference papers, some of which were exchanged in the conferences. During my work, I was successively awarded the honorary titles of "Scientific Research Model", "Advanced Worker", "Scientific Research Backbone" and so on. In October 2016, I was selected as a thousandlevel candidate of "Millions of Talents Project" of Liaoning Province.
