Chu Xuan, graduated from Beijing Normal University , gotten management doctorate. She joined Liaoning University in December 2019. She has mainly engaged in the reform and innovation of the higher education system, the improvement of innovation ability, and the collaborative innovation and planning of industries, innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for college students. She has been engaged in higher education system construction and development planning for many years, focusing on “school improvement, higher education management research. ”

She has taken charge of some projects,which are Liaoning Province Department of Education Science Projects, Liaoning Province Education Science Planning base projects, project for economic and social development in Liaoning Province, Liaoning Province "twelfth five-year" education science planning projects. She has also attended many important projects Mainly involved in the projects from National Social Science Fund, the Ministry of Education, Liaoning Province and so on. She was mainly involved in the completion of the major soft science project of the Shenyang Bureau of Science and Technology, "Technological Innovation and Development Plan for the drone industry in Shenyang" , and in the preparation of the "development plan for the unmanned aerial vehicle industry in Shenyang" .

 She have been published More than 40 papers,include CSSCI (including extended edition),Chinese core journal and one paper was retrieved by CIPI . She has been published one works and associate to author 5 works. Three papers are reprinted by reprinted materials of Renmin University of China.Many of them were cited and downloaded by other researchers, and the research results were recognized and praised by experts in the field of education management.

 In 2012, She served as a standing member of the Education Effectiveness Committee of Education Management Branch of the Chinese Society of Education . In 2013, she was selected as the backbone of Youth Education and Scientific researchers in Liaoning Province. In 2018, she served as a director of the Modern Education Administration Committee of Chinese Society of Educational Development Strategy, and in 2018, he served as a science and Technology Butler in Shenyang.
