BAI Xuefei, female, born in February 1979, Master of Science, Doctor of Economics, Postdoctoral Fellow of Statistics, teaching in this university since 2006, currently works as an associate professor at College of Comprehensive Foundation Studies, Liaoning University.

She mainly teaches "Calculus", "Linear Algebra", "Probability and Mathematical Statistics" and "Operations Research". Student-oriented in the process of teaching, she strives to stimulate students' interest and enthusiasm in mathematics, create a relaxed and pleasant teaching atmosphere, establish a good relationship with her students, and encourage students to make continuous progress. She was awarded the Outstanding Young Teacher of Liaoning University in 2009 and the First Prize in the Teaching Competition for Young Teachers of Liaoning University in 2018.

In terms of research, she has published 2 books, which are the research results of the Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of the Ministry of Education, participated in 8 books, published more than 30 papers, and presided over and participated in more than 40 national, provincial and municipal projects. Her research papers and projects have won 12 awards above the provincial and municipal level.
