My name is Jiang Yi. I got my bachelor’s degree and master’s degree from Liaoning University both majoring in English literature. I have been an English teacher in the comprehensive foundation college of Liaoning university since 2003. I like reading very much, especially literature works of those great writers. I also like detective stories. Agatha Christie is my favorite writer. I am responsible, and open-minded that makes me a qualified teacher. In my class, I always encourage students to voice their opinions and to approach to the way of learning English. I have a lot of teaching experience in oral English, grammar, business English and translation. As for English learning, I think it should be led to the practical way. Therefore, I always focus on pronunciation and the ability of translation in my class. I will continue to improve myself, both in my knowledge and my teaching, wishing to bring more to my students in the future.
