 The main research direction is social security and income redistribution.

 Taught in Liaoning University after graduation in 2005 and was awarded 'Outstanding Young Teacher' by Liaoning University in 2012.

 The main courses taught include Social Insurance, Management of Social Insurance Fund, Principles of Insurance， Introduction to Social Security, Social Welfare and Social Assistance and Management Accounting  

 The scientific research projects presided over include the Youth Project of National Social Science Fund, Social science planning fund of Liaoning Province, Department of Education Fund of Liaoning Province, Project of Liaoning Provincial Federation Social Science Circles and Asia Research Center Project of Liaoning University. Several academic papers published in high-level journals, such as Population and Economics, Population and Development, The Journal of Shanghai Administration Institute, Journal of Social Sciences and The Theory and Practice of Finance and Economics.
