    Quan Yingying, female, born on January 1, 1971 and graduated from the Department of Political Science, Liaoning Normal University with a bachelor's degree in July 1994. As a lecturer of the ideological and political course in the College of Foreign Studies (Wusheng Campus), Liaoning University, the major is ideological and political education, and also responsible for the undergraduate teaching of the Introduction to the Basic Principles of Marxism. The daily hobbies are reading and sports.
