Wang Junhong (1973-), female, graduated from the Department of Mathematics of Liaoning University in 1996 and received a doctorate degree in transition economics from the School of International Relations of Liaoning University in 2018, under the tutelage of Professor Cheng Wei, a research expert on the economics of transition countries, Russia and Eastern European countries. She is currently an associate professor at Liaoning University, mainly researching transition economy, and her research direction is Russia's economic transition and its security mechanism.
