Lecturer Zhang Xu (1987-) is the German teacher as second foreign language of College of Foreign Studies (Wusheng Campus).

The research interests of Zhang Xu include German translation and literature. She has two research papers published in the provincial level academic journals, in Modern Enterprise Education, Contrastive analysis of Chinese subjects in Chinese syntax and The Application of Demestication Translation in Advertising Translation.

She has obtained the scholarship of German Academic Exchange Service and exchanged at Freie Universität Berlin, the study project is German literature after 1945 until now. Now she is researching German literature of modern times and culture critics.
