Zhou Jian, female, (1972-), an associate professor in the Department of Business English, College of Foreign Studies (Wusheng Campus).

Since September, 1995, she has been working as a teacher of English in the College of Foreign Studies of Liaoning University. From September 2000 to July 2003, She finished the postgraduate courses in College of Foreign Studies of Liaoning University, and got a master’s degree.

Her research interests include intercultural communication and international business English. She has about twenty research papers published in academic journals of different colleges.

Besides, she has some other interests in daily life. Sports like playing badminton and jogging always reopen her senses and body in a positive way. Reading makes her more aware of herself and the world around her, which in turn promotes the interaction with her students in class.
