Dr. SHI Baodong

Dr. Shi Baodong, PhD, a member of the CPC, was born in August 1968. He is currently a member of the Standing Committee of the university’s CPC Committee and Vice President of Liaoning University.

Dr. Shi Baodong is in charge of personnel management, state-owned assets management, bidding, cultural industry, logistics, campus construction and renovation. He is in charge of the Personnel Department (Faculty and Staff Work Department of the CPC Committee), the Talent Work Office, the Asset Management and Operation Supervision Office, the Tendering Office, Library, the Asset Management Company, the Stadium Operation Management Center, the Publishing House, the Culture and Science and Technology Park, Hanyue Hotel, the Hospital, the Logistics Office, the Logistics Development Group, and the Campus Construction Office.
