Mr. ZHANG Hongxin

Zhang Hongxin was born in September 1970. He is a CPC member and serves as Deputy Secretary of the CPC Committee of Liaoning University.

Zhang Hongxin is in charge of organization, publicity, ideological and political work, the Communist Youth League, United Front, labor union, student management, retirement, Party Committee and letters and visits. He coordinates Organization Department, Publicity Department, United Front Work Department, Party School, Youth League Committee, Labor Union, Retirement Work Office, Party Committee, Student Work Office, Graduate Work Department, Security Department, Student Employment Guidance Center, Psychological Counseling Center, Letters and Visits Office, School of Philosophy, School of Foreign Languages (Wusheng Campus) and School of Pharmacy.
