Abstract：The unified registration of natural resources is an integral right registration for ecological space units. In 2019, the Interim Measures for the Unified Right Confirmation and Registration of Natural Resources stipulated new registration rules, such as taking ecological space as the independent registration object, registering the subject of state ownership and the subject of representative exercise or agent exercise, and publicizing the regulatory items in a related way. In order to achieve the goal of overall protection of ecological functions and meet the requirements of property rights reform of natural resource assets with priority to protection and rational use, future legislation should reinterpret the specific standard of real right object of "ecological one thing", endow state ownership of natural resources with the ability to register, return the regulated items to right registration, and promote the legalization of ecological civilization construction by innovating relevant systems of property law .
