Abstract: Focusing on the public's concerns about air quality and environmental problems caused by large-scale haze weather and serious PM2.5 exceedance, as well as the problems existing in China's existing environmental monitoring system, the necessity and measures to strengthen the socialization and capacity building of environmental monitoring in China are clarified.
