Abstract: This paper puts forward the main ecological and environmental problems existing in Liaoning Province, and points out that the emergence of these problems is not only due to the inherent ecological sensitivity and ecological fragility of the environment itself, but it is also the result of historical and actual human activities. Finally, the paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the ecological environment protection and construction in Liaoning.
